All products or services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Our digital products are delivered via email or download after purchase. For our physical products, they will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout.
For printed products, such as guides or planners that are physically shipped to you, we only offer replacements in case of a misprint by our third-party vendor. If you receive a product with a misprint, please contact us within 10 calendar days and provide clear photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to DIY Marketing Academy, operated by Honeycomb Marketing Co. for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.
Your contract for purchases made through DIY Marketing Academy is with Honeycomb Marketing Co., and you confirm that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
Prices and Payment
All prices listed are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change the prices of any product at any time.
Physical products are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party vendor. We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are not guaranteed and are based on approximations.
Digital products available for download (such as courses or digital downloads) are delivered electronically. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software to access and use the downloaded content.
Returns and Refunds
Please note that all sales of digital products and online courses are final. Due to the nature of the content, these items cannot be returned or refunded. Once purchased, you have unlimited access to the courses unless otherwise noted within the course. It is important to understand that these products are for your personal use only. Redistribution, reselling, or sharing of these products is strictly prohibited and any such actions may be pursued for copyright infringement. In the event a course is cancelled or removed, rest assured that students will receive all the assets for their own personal use in a zip folder.
